There are many ways to help In addition to providing employment opportunities and buying from Lanakila’s Social Enterprises, there are many donation and volunteer opportunities available to support Lanakila Workforce Resources. Lanakila Workforce Resources welcomes donations to help sponsor special events such as our annual graduation ceremony.
Donations of business attire:
Lanakila Workforce Resources welcomes donations of new or gently-used business clothing for participants' job interviews. We accept donations of clean, new or gently worn work appropriate items (suits, jackets, pants, skirts, blouses, and sweaters) and accessories, including new or gently worn shoes, belts, or bags.
Volunteer as a job club mentor:
Speak to members of our job club, give mock interviews or tours of your workplace. The club is looking for individuals working in various businesses or retired to speak about work experiences. The purpose of the job club is to help coach and encourage individuals to achieve their employment goals.
