So much more than a meal…
 
Delivering more than a nutritious meal, the volunteer may be a senior’s only personal contact each day. We provide nutrition education and counseling, monitor health and welfare, and serve as an important bridge to support services, helping seniors remain in their own homes rather than more costly premature institutionalization.
 
A full continuum of care is provided including Home Delivery and Kupuna Wellness services at 20 convenient locations island-wide, helping seniors remain active and healthy to prolong the need for higher levels of care.
 
In addition, Lanakila Meals on Wheels and more! is a program of Lanakila Pacific, whose mission is to build independence for people with challenged lives. This makes Lanakila Meals on Wheels especially unique as Lanakila Pacific provides food service training for people with disabilities in the preparation of meals of meals for seniors.
