For over 30 years, Lanakila has provided grounds and custodial services for properties including the Airport Industrial Plaza Building, Ala Moana Health Center, Aliamanu Military Reservation, Hickam Air Force Base, Kaneohe Marine Base Commissary, Medical Examiner’s Office, Pearl Harbor and Tripler Army Medical Center.

Grounds Maintenance Services include edging, trimming, irrigation, weed control, fertilization and aeration, disease and insect control, ruts/divits/low spots repair, litter control, maintaining trash receptacles, and repair of irrigation systems for commercial and private grounds. Customized services include athletic field preparation, field lining, and preparing the infields of softball, baseball and t-ball fields.

Custodial Services include cleaning the interiors of buildings, halls, stairs, elevators and other public areas as well as cleaning and resupplying restrooms on a regularly scheduled basis.

Warehousing Services include storage, inventory management, order picking, fulfillment and distribution.
