Lanakila Workforce Resources partners with employers to meet their neds for individuals who are trained to accomplish specific tasks.

Training and employment programs are created and operated locally with input from employers throughout our community.

In addition to learning specific job tasks required for various training areas, job candidates are coached in appropriate work-related skills and behaviors.

But the service doesn’t end there - Lanakila Workforce Resources works with employers and their staff to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people with disabilities after employment. Our resources can help address the need for skilled labor in Hawaii’s low-unemployment market.
